A small Zoids Gathering at Anime Expo 2010!

I'm in the middle, as a gijinka version of Raynos from Zoids. It's not my best costume, but it was a big learning experience and it was fun to wear! ...except when people were running into my wings or my boots weren't playing nice!

If I wear this outfit again, I'd like to make a number of changes, especially to the helmet. But I'd really like to do a Liger gijinka sometime, because they seem like a lot of fun!

The design of my outfit is based off of drawing by a Japanese artist whose name I do not know. It is the same artist that has drawn some of the most popular Pokémon gijinka designs (You can see some of them here [link] ).
